My
name is Maya, I’m born and raised in Oakland/Berkeley California. I played
soccer all my life up until my senior year of high school, I don’t play anymore
but I’ve instead gotten really into running and run almost every day. I’m
undeclared and honestly don’t have the slightest idea about what I want to
study in college. I have a dog named Bella and she came down to Santa Barbara
to live with me for a couple months. During this time my floor mates and
friends and I would take her on hikes and walks along the beach and even up
into the mountains in places like Lizard’s Mouth. Not only was it great to have
her here at college with me but she helped me and my friends explore Santa
Barbara outside of IV.
